Today is day one for A Wine Blog. The blog will discuss wines that we have personally bought, tasted and either would recommend purchasing again or decline.  Ratings will be 1-5 stars, with comments about glass type, texture, fruit, acidity, legs, color and nose.  Keep in mind we personally don't favor sweet wines and normally drink reds, preferring BOLD and complex flavors.
